Are you staying with children? 

• 1 (one) child up to 6 years old can stay free of charge, provided they are accommodated with two paying adults and use the existing beds in the room;
• Children over 6 years old are considered to be paying;
• For unaccompanied minors under 18 years old or traveling with other representatives, written authorization signed by the parents and notarized is required; 
• For minors under 18 years old accompanied by their parents, paternity must be verified by means of the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. 

IMPORTANT: 

• All guests must present an identity document with a photo at check-in; 
• Art. 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law No. 8,069/90) defines hosting a child or adolescent as a crime, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardian. According to Law No. 12,883 of September 20, 2005, minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age may only stay if accompanied by their parents or a person with custody or guardianship, verifiably identified, or accompanied by a person over 21 (twenty-one) years of age with authorization from their parents or legal guardians, with notarized signatures. The minor's documents must also be presented; 
• Failure to meet the above conditions will prevent check-in from being carried out and effective, and there will be no reimbursement for any losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied in accordance with the cancellation/no-show policy for the period; 
• The conditions of rates, payments and available items apply to reservations made through Slaviero Hotéis' direct sales channels: website, WhatsApp and telephone. 

Payment: 

• 100% payment in advance at the time of purchase by credit card, which can be paid in up to 6 interest-free installments. For other forms of payment, contact the property directly; 
• Your card will be charged in advance on the check-in date; 
• The same credit card used at the time of purchase must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, you must provide an authorization form and a copy of the cardholder's photo ID. You can download the form here. 

Cancellation: 

• By purchasing this option, you are guaranteed the lowest daily rate, but once your reservation is confirmed, you will not be able to change or cancel it. If cancellation or change is necessary, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Payment of the full amount will be made at any time up until the check-in date.
