  • Consult the hotel about the required age for 1 (one) child to stay free, as long as they are sleeping with a paying adult and using the existing beds in the room, and the age to be considered a paying adult;
  • The extra bed can only be placed in the apartment subject to hotel availability;
  • The extra bed will be charged when it changes the apartment's standard configuration. The price will respect the hotel's rate grid;
  • For accommodation of minors under 18 years of age traveling unaccompanied or with other representatives, written authorization with the signature of both parents and notarized is required;
  • For accommodation of minors under 18 years of age accompanied by their parents, paternity/maternity must be proven through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. IMPORTANT:
  • It is mandatory to present a photo ID for all guests at check-in;
  • Art. 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law No. 8,069/90) defines as a crime the accommodation of a child or adolescent, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardian;
  • According to Law No. 12,883 of September 20, 2005, minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age may only stay if accompanied by their parents or a person with custody or guardianship, who must be demonstrably identified, or accompanied by a person over 21 (twenty-one) years of age with authorization from their parents or legal guardians, with notarized signatures. The minor's documents must also be presented;
  • Failure to meet the above conditions will prevent check-in from being carried out and effective, and there will be no reimbursement for any losses incurred. The penalty will be applied in accordance with the cancellation/no-show policy for the period. Cancellation:
  • Flexible rate: the reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours before check-in;
  • Non-refundable rate: upon cancellation, a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation will be charged. Payment:
  • Non-refundable rate: 100% payment in advance at the time of purchase by credit card, with the option to pay in up to 6 interest-free installments. For other payment methods, please contact the property directly;
