Located in a historic city landmark, the former Hotel Campo Grande, which for many years was the largest in the region, will be transformed and opened in the second half of 2025 as the Slaviero Campo Grande. After a complete renovation, the hotel will preserve its essence, blending it with comfort and modernity.
With 135 rooms, including a 60 m² presidential suite equipped with a dining table, walk-in closet, whirlpool tub, and Alexa integration, the hotel will provide a unique experience.
To meet a variety of needs, the new space will feature a restaurant, gym, meeting room, event area with capacity for up to 200 people in an auditorium, parking and a panoramic elevator.
Historic pieces and elements from the original project, such as the large clock and chandelier in the lobby, as well as the American Bar, will be retained, celebrating the venue's long history. The new architectural design also features references to agribusiness, with wooden elements and the presence of indoor vegetation in several spaces.
