About the package:  

• Stay period: December 28, 2026, to January 2, 2027.

• Minimum stay of 5 nights, including a mandatory overnight stay on December 31, 2026.

• Available for all room categories, subject to availability.

• Full payment must be made in advance. The rate is non-refundable.

 Staying with children?  

• Accommodation for 1 (one) child aged 6 (six) or under is free of charge, provided the child is accompanied by 1 (one) paying adult and uses the existing beds in the room. This condition does not apply to all room categories.

• Children over 6 (six) years old are charged for their stay.

• For guests under 18 (eighteen) traveling unaccompanied or with someone other than their parents, written authorization bearing the parents’ notarized signatures and copies of the parents’ or guardians’ identification documents are required.

Minor Guest Accommodation Authorization Form    

• For guests under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by their parents, proof of parentage must be provided through an identity card (RG) or birth certificate.

 IMPORTANT:  

• A photo identification document for every guest must be presented at check-in.

 

• Article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8,069/90) makes it a criminal offense to accommodate a child or adolescent unless the stay is authorized or the minor is accompanied by their parents or guardian. Under Law No. 12,883 of September 20, 2005, guests under 18 (eighteen) may only stay if accompanied by their parents or a person with custody or guardianship, whose identity must be duly verified, or by a person over 21 (twenty-one) carrying authorization from the parents or legal guardians with notarized signatures. The minor’s identification documents must also be presented. 

• Failure to comply with the above conditions will prevent check-in from being completed, and no compensation will be provided for any resulting losses. A penalty will be applied according to the cancellation/no-show policy for the stay period. 

• The rates, payment terms, and available items apply to bookings made through Slaviero Hotéis’ direct sales channels: website, WhatsApp, and telephone.

 Payment:  

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase by credit card, with the option to pay in up to 6 interest-free installments. For other payment methods, please contact the hotel directly.

• Your card will be charged before the check-in date.

• The same credit card used at the time of purchase must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, a credit card authorization form and a copy of the cardholder’s photo identification document must be provided. 

 Cancellation:  

• By purchasing this option, you secure the lowest nightly rate. However, once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If cancellation or changes are necessary, the full booking amount will be charged. The total amount will be charged at any time up to the check-in date.
