Official Announcement – Ordinance No. 28/2025
Dear guests, customers and partners,
Due to recent doubts about Ordinance No. 28/2025 of the Ministry of Tourism, here are some clarifications regarding its determinations and the positioning of the enterprises that are part of Slaviero Hospitalidade.
Announced on September 17, 2025, the standard will come into effect 90 days after its publication, on December 17, 2025.
The ordinance was created to regulate practices already common in the hotel sector, bringing more clarity to both travelers and establishments.
Among the main points, the following stand out:
- 24-hour stay period: Accommodation establishments must guarantee guests a minimum stay of 21 hours, reserving up to 3 hours for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment between one guest's departure and the next guest's arrival.
- Defined times: Check-in and check-out times must be clearly stated, taking into account the time allocated for cleaning. This ensures that the stay does not begin upon arrival, but rather according to the hotel's established time.
- Cleaning during the stay: guests must be informed of the approximate time and period in which daily cleaning will be carried out for those staying more than one night.
- Digital registration form: the use of the electronic form is official, which modernizes the registration process and speeds up check-in.
- Early check-in and late check-out: properties have the autonomy, depending on actual availability, to grant early check-in or delayed check-out, communicating transparently the offer of these services and the associated conditions.
How Slaviero Hospitalidade positions itself
Slaviero Hospitalidade, which brings together the Slaviero Hotéis and Slim Hotéis brands, already operates in compliance with the Ordinance.
We have adopted a policy of checking in from 2 p.m. and checking out by 12 p.m, guaranteeing a 22-hour stay. Some hotels may have different times, but all* respect the 3-hour cleaning period between stays.
Early check-in and late check-out services are available upon request, subject to hotel availability and may incur an additional charge, as regulated.
Daily cleaning of apartments takes, on average, between 15 and 30 minutes, between 9 am and 5 pm, unless the client requests a specific time during this period.
We also use the digital registration form, through the Tá na Mão system, which allows you to fill it out and sign it electronically before arrival, making check-in faster and more practical.
What really changes
In practice, the new regulations do not change the operation of our hotels, as we already follow standards that meet or exceed what the regulation determines.
The main change is in communication with guests, who now receive more detailed information about opening hours and services.

Although they also offer daily rates, their main sales model is hourly, allowing guests to book only the time needed for their specific needs. In this case, the specificity, location, and purpose of these hotels justify their differentiated service and marketing format.
