Before learning more about our policies and procedures, learn about some terms and concepts used in the hotel industry:
- Reservation confirmation date: date on which the reservation guarantee deposit is made (via bank deposit, bank transfer, credit card debit or any other agreed payment method);
- Daily rate: period between check-in and check-out times;
- Check-in: start time of the first day;
- Check-out: end time of the last day;
- Early check-in: authorization from the hotel for the guest to check in early;
- Early check-out: authorization from the hotel for the guest to check out early;
- Late check-in: authorization from the hotel for the guest to check out after the specified time;
- No-show: the client's failure to appear at the hotel within 24 hours of the first night's stay, without requesting cancellation of the reservation or contacting the hotel within this period. In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be cancelled and the apartment will be made available for new reservations.

Hosting
All guests are required to present a photo ID upon check-in. •Check-in and check-out times Check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is until 12:00 p.m. (noon). •Early check-in and late check-out Early check-in and late check-out are only confirmed at the unit's reception on the corresponding day, subject to availability and additional charge. Depending on the arrival or departure time, the additional cost can be 1/2 (half) day or 1 (one) day. NOTE: If necessary, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception until your check-in time or after your check-out free of charge. All units have a luggage room, with the exception of Fast Sleep Suítes by Slaviero Hotéis. •Reservation guarantee Guaranteed reservations: reservations made at least 48 hours in advance ensure the availability of the apartment until noon following the check-in date. For reservations made through the Reservations Center, the guarantee can be obtained by bank deposit, Pix or credit card; for reservations made on our website, the guarantee is given exclusively by credit card. Payment method: •Flexible reservation: the first night's stay will be charged; •Non-refundable reservation: the full period of the stay will be charged. Non-guaranteed reservations: when there is no advance payment, reservations are not guaranteed and are subject to the hotel's availability at the time of check-in. No-show: if the customer does not arrive at the hotel within 24 hours of the first night's stay, without requesting cancellation of their reservation or contacting the hotel, they will be charged according to the reservation policy, as follows: •Flexible reservation: the first night's stay will be charged; •Non-refundable reservation: the full period of the stay will be charged.

Children
Accommodation for 1 (one) child up to 6 (six) years of age is free, provided they are accompanied by 1 (one) paying adult and use the existing beds in the apartment. This condition does not apply to all categories. Children over 6 (six) years of age are considered to be paying. For accommodation for minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age traveling unaccompanied or with other representatives, written authorization with the signature of the parents and notarized by a notary public is required, as well as a copy of the documents of the parents or guardians. For accommodation for minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age accompanied by their parents, paternity must be verified by means of the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. Consult the hotel in question for more information. •Accommodation for children at Jatiúca Suítes Resort by Slaviero Hotéis Accommodation for 1 (one) child up to 8 (eight) years of age is free, provided they are accompanied by 1 (one) paying adult and use the existing beds in the apartment. This condition does not apply to all categories. Children over 8 (eight) years of age are considered to be paying. For unaccompanied minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age or traveling with other representatives, written authorization with the signature of the parents and notarized, as well as a copy of the documents of the parents or guardians, is required. For minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age accompanied by their parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. Consult Jatiúca Suítes Resort by Slaviero Hotéis for more information. •Accommodation of children at the Hotel Boutique & Spa Ponta de Inhambupe by Slaviero Hotéis In the categories Premium Luxury Garden View Family, Premium Luxury Pool View Family, Superior Sea View Family and Sea View Suite with King Bed Sofa Bed: 2 (two) children up to 12 years of age may stay free, as long as they are accompanied by 1 (one) paying adult and using the existing beds in the apartment. We do not provide extra beds. In other categories: 1 (one) child up to 12 years old may stay free of charge, provided they are accompanied by 1 (one) paying adult and use the existing beds in the apartment. We do not provide extra beds. Children over 12 years old are considered to be paying. For children under 18 (eighteen) years old to stay unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization with the signature of the parents and notarized by a notary public is required, as well as a copy of the documents of the parents or guardians. For children under 18 (eighteen) years old to stay accompanied by their parents, paternity must be verified by means of the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. This condition is only valid for the Superior Suite and Village categories. Children over 10 (ten) years of age are considered to be paying. For accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age who are traveling unaccompanied or with other representatives, written authorization with the signature of the parents and notarized by a notary public and a copy of the documents of the parents or guardians are required. For accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age accompanied by their parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. Contact Pousada Aldeola by Slaviero Hotéis for more information. •Accommodation of children at the Hotel Boutique Vinícola Araucária by Slaviero Hotéis Accommodation of 1 (one) child up to 06 (six) years of age is free, provided that they are accompanied by 1 (one) paying adult and use the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 07 (seven) years of age are considered to be paying. For accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age who are traveling unaccompanied or with other representatives, written authorization with the signature of the parents and notarized, as well as a copy of the documents of the parents or guardians, is required. For accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age accompanied by their parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. IMPORTANT: Art. 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law No. 8,069/90) defines as a crime the accommodation of children or adolescents, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians. According to Law No. 12,883 of September 20, 2005, minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age may only stay if accompanied by their parents or a person with custody or guardianship, who must be identified, or accompanied by a person over 21 (twenty-one) years of age with authorization from their parents or legal guardians, with notarized signatures and a copy of the parents' documents. The minor's documents must also be presented. Failure to meet the above conditions will prevent check-in from being carried out and effective, and there will be no reimbursement for any losses incurred. The penalty will be applied in accordance with the cancellation/no-show policy for the period.

Cancellation/change of reservation
- •Reservation made through the Slaviero Hotéis website Flexible reservation: cancellation is free of charge as long as it is requested up to 24 hours in advance of the check-in date. Otherwise, a fee equivalent to the amount of the first night's stay will be charged. Changes of date must be formalized by email to the property at least 48 hours in advance, and are subject to changes in prices for the new period. Non-refundable reservation: does not allow changes of date or cancellation. The full period of the stay will be charged. •Reservation made through third-party channels We do not have the authority to change or cancel reservations that have been made through third-party channels and confirmed in our system. Therefore, the action must be carried out directly through the reservation purchase channel.

Packages and special orders
- •Package Reservations Cancellations will be accepted free of charge up to 20 days before the check-in date. From 19 to 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the check-in date will be charged 100% of the accommodation price. •Special reservation requests Send the request to the property's reservations email at least 48 hours in advance. Extra bed: with charge, subject to hotel availability. Crib: complimentary, subject to availability.

Payment
All reservations made through the Slaviero Hotéis website or the Reservations Center must be paid in advance as follows: •Slaviero Hotéis website: credit card only; •Reservations Center: bank deposit, Pix or credit card. •Credit card installments: up to 6 times, with a minimum installment of R$300. Attention! The same credit card used at the time of purchase must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not present, it is necessary to provide an authorization form for use and a copy of the cardholder's photo ID. You can download the form here. •Foreign currency Generally, it is not possible to pay in foreign currency. Ask the hotel where you will be staying about this possibility.

Tax note
The electronic invoice must be requested directly from the unit's reception by telephone or email.

Loss/forgetfulness of belongings
Contact the unit's reception immediately, describing the item and where it was left or last seen. We will do everything possible to find the item.

Day use
Day use is a period of stay that covers the morning and afternoon, with a cost lower than a daily rate and does not include breakfast. You will be able to use the apartment and the common areas of the hotel. The reservation is subject to availability, as well as the period and prices of the hotel. NOTE: day use at the Hotel Boutique & Spa Ponta de Inhambupe by Slaviero Hotéis does not include use of the apartment.

Pet friendly
Reservations must be made directly with the desired hotel. Check the terms and conditions: •The Pet Friendly program is limited to just 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats (considering weight up to 10 kg and/or height up to 41 cm from paws to shoulders) are allowed from 4 (four) months of age; •The cost of pet boarding is R$100.00 per day + ISS, in addition to the daily rate. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel in question; •The presentation of the animal's vaccination card, including the rabies vaccine, is mandatory for check-in; •We will not provide food for the animal, as we know that your pet already receives special dietary care; •Services such as cleaning or maintenance must be scheduled by calling the reception; •Cleaning up liquid or solid waste is your sole responsibility; •The pet's stay is restricted to the apartments. When you need to move around the hotel's elevators or social areas, choose to carry your travel companion on your lap, on a leash (collar or harness) or in appropriate carriers/bags; •According to the rules of the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), your pet is not allowed in areas where food is consumed or prepared. Therefore, your pet cannot enter the hotel's restaurant, bar or café. We also ask that your pet not enter the pool, gym or event areas. If the hotel has gardens or other outdoor leisure areas, your pet can take a walk and make friends; it just needs to be on a leash or in carriers/bags.
